Recently, we hosted a campus interview by a leading airline in India, right here at Bloom and Fly Academy.
More than 75 students appeared for the interview and the selection process gave students a real experience of how airline recruitment actually happens.
What Happened During the Campus Interview?
The interview had three important rounds:
1. Group Discussion Round
Students were assessed on their communication, confidence, listening skills, teamwork and ability to speak clearly in a group.
This round helped the airline understand how candidates behave in real time discussions.
2. Medical / BMI Round
The second round focused on basic medical eligibility, especially height, weight, scars and tattoos and BMI standards.
In aviation, grooming and fitness are not just about appearance. They are part of professional readiness.
3. Communication Round with Airline Headquarters
The final round was conducted online by the airline’s HR team from their headquarters.
Students were evaluated on:
- Spoken English
- Clarity of thought
- Confidence
- Personality
- Professional attitude
This gave students a real taste of airline level communication assessment.
